You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase. However, no automatic refunds will be issued for any part of the fees paid if you cancel after this 14-day period. Refunds are not granted for unused subscription periods if the account remains active.
Note: Refunds for domain names are not processed under any circumstances, regardless of when the purchase was made. If you have received a domain name as part of a subscription plan and are seeking a refund, Prodáct reserves the right to deduct the domain's cost from the refund amount. You may choose to keep the domain name; in such case, please notify us via email at [email protected] in your refund request.
Our online reseller, Paddle.com, manages the ordering process and serves as the seller of record for all orders. Paddle.com handles customer service inquiries and manages returns. You are responsible for covering all subscription fees, including applicable taxes and other fees, incurred for monthly or annual terms.
